The Role

Residential Plumber Technician

You'll be the face of Plumbing Buddy in homeowners' homes - diagnosing problems, delivering solutions, and leaving every customer confident they called the right company.

🔍Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues - repairs, replacements, and full system troubleshooting

🚿Install and service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, and piping systems

💬Communicate clearly with homeowners - explain the problem, walk them through options, leave them confident

📋Maintain organized job records using our company software (we keep this simple)

🚐Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready - your rolling command center

✅Work in full compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're selective because we care about the team we're building. Here's what it takes to be a great fit:

✓2+ years of residential plumbing experience (required)
✓Solid working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and modern repair techniques
✓Self-starter who can manage their day in the field and still show up as a team player
✓Customer-first mindset - professional, friendly, and clear in communication
✓Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✓Ability to pass background and drug screening
